IFTDO Global Award 2014 for Best HRD Practices was awarded to Change International Ltd.
The jury of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO) honoured our leadership concept with the Best HRD Practice Award!
The special feature of the competence-based approach to global leadership development is the integration of the different management levels.
Together with our customer Festo we are very proud about this recognition. Our colleague Patrick M. Schröder received the award from Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Al Maktoum during the 43 IFTDO World Conference from 10th-12th March 2014 in Dubai.
