IFTDO Global Award 2014: Best HRD Practices
The jury of the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO) honored our leadership concept with the Best HRD Practice Award!
The special feature of the competence-based approach to global leadership development is the integration of the different management levels.
Together with our customer Festo we are very proud about this recognition. Our colleague Patrick M. Schröder received the award from Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Al Maktoum during the 43 IFTDO World Conference from 10th-12th March 2014 in Dubai.

Award for innovative business strategy
The Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) has been awarded with the Austrian Administration Prize in the category “target-aimed applications of modern control mechanisms”.
In cooperation with Change International Ltd. the project “Impact focused Concept for Organsation and Administration. The practical implementation of the holistic approach in the Public Sector” has been rewarded.

IFTDO Award 2013: “Best HRD Practices”
Our innovative project ‘Leadership@Work’, which is realized with our longstanding client SGL Carbon, has been honored with the ‘Best HRD Practices’ award of the IFTDO. The Indian president himself consigned the certificate to our CEO Guido Betz.
